1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the Philippines who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, agents, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on October 18, 2025 at 12:00 AM PHT and ends December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM PHT (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

3. How to Enter

Email Signup: Submit a valid email through the Nikuya signup form to receive 50 entries.
Account Creation: Create a Nikuya account to receive 50 entries.
Purchases: During the Promotion Period, every ₱10 spent on eligible products at nikuya.ph (after discounts and before shipping/taxes) = 1 entry. Entries from purchases post when an order is paid and not fully refunded. Returns/refunds will remove associated entries.
Alternate Free Method (Mail-In): Hand-print your full name, address, email, and phone on a 4" × 6" card and mail to: “Nikuya Giveaway — AMOE”, 7th Floor Ablaza Bldg., E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. Must be postmarked by December 10, 2025 and received by December 14, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in request per envelope. Each valid mail-in = 50 entries. Illegible or duplicate requests are void.

4. Draw Dates & Winner Selection

Two random drawings from all eligible entries received as of each draw cutoff:

First Draw: November 15, 2025 — Prize: Nikuya Full Set (₱20,000 value).
Grand Draw: December 15, 2025 — Prize Package: ₱30,000 total value (Nikuya Full Set + ₱10,000 cash).

Important: If you win the First Draw, you are not eligible for the Grand Draw. All non-winning entries roll over to the Grand Draw. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Winner Notification / Verification

Potential winners will be contacted via email from hello@nikuya.ph within five (5) business days of a drawing. Sponsor may require ID verification and a signed declaration. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide required documents by the stated deadline, or is deemed ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

First Draw: Nikuya Full Set — ARV ₱20,000
Grand Draw: Nikuya Full Set + cash — Total ARV ₱30,000

Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

7. Taxes & Costs

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and costs not expressly stated here.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for claims or damages arising out of participation or prize use, except to the extent caused by Sponsor’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Privacy

Information collected during this Promotion is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes / Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
